Managed WordPress, done for you
For full-service agencies & WP shops
One board. Every client site.
None of the 3am WordPress.
Run your whole book of business from one white-label console (static, isolated, one-click rollback) and migrate every client for free. The AI operator staffs the content without you hiring.

You own the client relationship and set your own retail price. We bill you at wholesale and never appear on anything your client sees. No infrastructure to run, no host, developer, or content writer to keep on payroll.
Retention
Keep every client. Prove it every month.
Clients churn when they can't see the value. Every site sends a white-label monthly report in your brand that shows the leads and improvements you delivered, and Fleet Exceptions flags the accounts slipping before they ask to leave.
- White-label monthly reports, sent as your own, the retainer justified
- Fleet Exceptions surfaces churn risk before the client feels it
- Per-client outcomes tie your SEO, paid, or design work to real leads

Uptime
Orphaned by Strattic?
Move your whole fleet in 14 days.
Elementor shut Strattic down and left agencies running client sites with nowhere static to land. We migrate the portfolio in waves: inventory, a pilot, then staged cutovers on your DNS. Concierge, not a support ticket. First 10 sites free with a 15-site commit.
Fleet operations
Run 40 sites like one portfolio, not 40 emergencies.
Fleet Board
Every client site in one view: publish health, drafts pending review, failed builds, updates due. Answers what’s unhealthy, what needs approval, what changed.
Bulk fleet updates
Run core + plugin updates and re-publish across a cohort at once, with a dry run and a rollback group. No logging into 30 admins.
Roles that fit an agency
Owner, Operator, and Client-Reviewer. Staff work only their assigned sites; clients approve their own edits and see nothing else.
Approval gate
AI and staff drafts sit in a queue until someone publishes. Nothing goes live on a client’s letterhead without a human. Every action logged and reversible.
Your brand. Never ours.
A white-label console on your own domain, your logo and colours, and client-facing reports as your work. Clients log into your brand to request and approve edits. Managed Garden stays invisible.
One client, one isolated pipeline.
Every site gets its own private WordPress, storage, edge worker, logs, backups, and optional data-residency region. No shared anything. One client can never affect another, and the security story holds up to your enterprise clients.
Agency pricing
Wholesale. Volume is the discount.
Operator-class on every site, sold below the solo price so your margin is yours. Cancel monthly. Agencies buy out, not cheap.

FAQ
Agency questions, answered
Which client sites is this right for?+
Brochure, local-business, lead-gen, and content/marketing sites, the Strattic workload. WooCommerce, membership, and heavy-dynamic apps are out of scope; we run a compatibility scan before any migration.
Do my clients know it’s Managed Garden?+
No. On white-label plans the console, domains, emails, and reports are all yours. We never appear on anything a client sees, and you own the relationship and the billing.
Who bills the client?+
You do. We bill you at wholesale per site; you set your own retail price and invoice your client directly. Pay-us / bill-them. Clean.
How does migration work at fleet scale?+
A CSV of your Strattic/WP sites feeds an inventory and compatibility report, then a small pilot, then staged waves with redirect checks and a signed cutover. DNS stays your client’s; rollback is the previous snapshot.
Can we get locked in?+
No. Export is the static files plus a full WordPress backup, DNS stays yours, and it’s month-to-month. Leaving is a supported path, not a fight.
How does AI stay safe across many brands?+
Each site has a Brand Kit (voice, banned claims) so the AI writes in that client’s voice, and the Approval Gate means nothing publishes without a human. Every change is logged and reversible.
WordPress, hosted and operated, so you don't have to.
