Edge-fast static delivery
Managed WordPress, done for you
Data residency
Choose where your private data lives.
Your public site is served worldwide. That’s the point. Your CMS, database, backups, form submissions, and AI processing stay in the region you select: Canada, the US, the UK, the EU, or Australia.
🇨🇦 Canada · PIPEDA · PHIPA · provincial privacy
CMS, database, and backups run in Canadian facilities. Form handling and AI processing run in Canada. Use this when PHIPA, provincial privacy rules, or a Canadian data-processing requirement is on the checklist.
You pick one at setup. We don’t silently fail private workloads over to another geography. Public edge delivery is always global.
Other regions (Switzerland, Germany, Singapore, and more) available on request.
Two jobs people mash together
Residency is about private data. Speed is about public pages.
Stays in your region
- WordPress / CMS and its database
- Automated backups and restore copies
- Form submissions and inbound lead data
- AI operator processing (drafts, edits, tasks)
- Staff access to the admin / operator
Served globally, by design
- Your published pages (HTML, CSS, JS, images)
- Delivery from Cloudflare’s 300+ edge locations
- The copy of a page nearest each visitor
- Public SEO, sharing, and crawler access
- Anything you intentionally put on a public URL
The line we won’t blur: pinning a region does not mean “everything stays in your country.” Public pages are meant to be seen everywhere. Personal and operational data is what you keep in-region.
Written for a compliance officer
Data-processing agreement
A DPA on request: region, roles (you: controller, us: processor), and a current subprocessor list.
Backups stay in-region
Snapshots and restores are written in the same region as your live CMS, with no “just in case” copy in another country.
No training on your content
Your site copy, forms, and operator prompts are never used to train models.
Access audit trail
Admin and operator actions (who, what, when) are logged and exportable.
Encrypted end to end
TLS in transit; encryption at rest for the database, backups, and stored form data.
One-click export
Take your content, media, and form records with you. Residency is a control, not a lock-in.

A control you switch on
Data Residency add-on
Your chosen region (Canada, US, UK, EU, or Australia) pins your CMS + database, with in-region backups, in-region form handling, in-region AI processing, a DPA, subprocessor list, and audit-log export. Added to any plan (from $99/mo), so regulated clients only pay for what they need.
Questions a buyer will ask
Does my public site slow down?+
No. Public pages still ship from the Cloudflare edge nearest each visitor. Toronto, Berlin, or Tokyo all get a nearby copy. Residency only governs the private stack behind the site.
Is this HIPAA / PHIPA compliant?+
Residency is a data-location control, not a certification or a complete compliance program. We sign a DPA, keep your CMS, database, backups, forms, and AI processing in your chosen region, and give you logs and an export. You remain the controller. Compliance still depends on what you collect, how you configure the site, your policies, and (where required) a BAA. We don’t claim “HIPAA-compliant hosting” as a blanket label.
What about the AI?+
The website operator processes your content in the region you selected. It isn’t sent elsewhere to finish the job, and it never trains on your content. The published page is still delivered globally from the edge, like any public page.
Can I change regions later?+
Yes, as a planned migration, not an instant toggle. We move the CMS, database, backups, form storage, and AI processing to the new region while your public site stays live, then confirm the old-region copies are deleted and update your DPA.
